Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nayl mobile application and website at nayl.app. By using Nayl, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Nayl is a nail biting recovery app that provides habit tracking, progress analytics, guided meditation, educational content, a panic button for urge management, and optional premium features through Nayl Pro.

2. Subscriptions (Nayl Pro)

Nayl Pro is an auto-renewing subscription with the following plans:

  • Nayl Pro Weekly — billed every week (includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers)
  • Nayl Pro Monthly — billed every month
  • Nayl Pro Yearly — billed every year

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

3. Account & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and app data. You may log out or delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile section of the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Nayl for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the app
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Interfere with the app's infrastructure or other users' experience

5. Health Disclaimer

Nayl is a wellness and habit-tracking tool, not a medical device or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your nail biting or related health conditions, consult a qualified healthcare provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software in Nayl are owned by Nayl and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nayl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nayl after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
