Nayl ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Nayl mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app and website at nayl.app.

  • Profile information: Name and profile photo you choose to provide.
  • Progress data: Streak timers, trigger logs, journal entries, reasons for quitting, and achievement progress.
  • Photos: Nail progress photos you upload to track your recovery.
  • Usage data: App interactions such as meditation sessions, articles read, and feature usage.
  • Device information: Basic device and app version data needed for app functionality.
  • Purchase information: Subscription status processed through Apple App Store and RevenueCat (we do not store payment card details).

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and personalize your nail biting recovery experience
  • Track your progress, streaks, and achievements
  • Sync your data across sessions via our secure cloud backend (Supabase)
  • Process and manage Nayl Pro subscriptions
  • Improve app performance and fix bugs
  • Respond to support requests

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: Secure cloud database and file storage for your app data
  • RevenueCat: Subscription and in-app purchase management
  • Apple App Store: Payment processing for subscriptions

Nayl does not use any third-party AI services. Your personal data is not sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other artificial intelligence provider.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your data at any time from within the app.

Your Rights

  • Access and update your profile information in the app
  • Delete your account and all associated data from Profile settings
  • Opt out of optional features such as notifications (when available)

Children's Privacy

Nayl is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
